Pay Fees FEES As you know, NPA is a public school providing a free and appropriate education for all of its students. Like most other public schools, we do request fees associated with each student to defray the costs for some school expenses and consumable materials. These include the costs of maintaining our computer network and technology, some maintenance and custodial services for the building, and consumable supplies and materials for many courses (e.g. lab supplies, e-textbooks, subscriptions, sheet music, etc.). This support is key in the school carrying out its mission. No student ever goes without the benefit of these items due to an inability of the family to make these fee payments. We fully understand that sometimes circumstances prevent families, especially those with multiple children attending NPA, from paying the fees fully right at the outset of the year. Many families choose to split the fees across multiple payments. This can be done through our Infinite Campus Parent Portal. As of August 2020, most student fees can now be assessed and paid through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Your IC Parent Portal account will keep track of payments, credits, overpayments, and carryover balances. Please contact Mrs. Jennifer Sommers at email@example.com or 928-214-8776 if you do not see the fee that you would like to pay. Please provide her with your: student name, what fee or payment you would like to pay, and the amount. This will give her enough information to post the fee to your fee screen to allow you to pay it, or direct you back to this page to pay your miscellaneous fee or payment. This page will be limited to miscellaneous fees, payments, special events, fundraisers that cannot be made in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, and for those in our community that would not have a parent portal. Thank you. SADIE’S STARLIGHT NIGHT DANCE TICKETS Use this link to purchase your Sadie’s Starlight Night Dance tickets! This dance is open to grades 8th through 11th. Tickets are $5.00 each, and you may also purchase your tickets in person during both lunches. Ticket sales will run until 1:00pm Friday, May 21st. Please be sure to include the following information in the Description Field when you submit your payment: Student Name, Grade, and Student Email. Please purchase each ticket individually. ***Each student will be required to have a Covid Consent Form completed and turned in before they are allowed to enter the dance. MISCELLANEOUS FEES If you need to make a payment that does not fit neatly with respect to a preset amount on one of the other buttons, the fee is not available to pay in Infinite Campus, or you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal: please use the Miscellaneous Payments button below and specify the nature of the payment, what student it is for, and what group/club/activity it is for in the description field on the second screen.
