Garwood, Whitney

Welcome to Art!

I am very excited to join the NPA family and look forward to working with our wonderful art students!  I recently moved to Flagstaff from Kansas City, MO.  I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Graceland University and the 2017-18 school year will be my ninth year of teaching.  I feel fortunate that I have the opportunity to work with NPA students and share my passion for the visual arts! I love to travel, visit art galleries and museums, eat sushi, spend time with family and friends, and explore with my labrador, Belle.

I am looking forward to creating a great year with you!
