Why NPA? Prep with Purpose

NPA:  PREP with PURPOSE

“Prep with Purpose” means one thing: we get students ready for college and help them grow into responsible citizens and leaders.

PREP with a PROMISE:

When students enroll at NPA, they become part of our Spartan family, and we support ALL of them through the ups and downs of middle and high school.  We promise to stretch students to meet their highest potential, but we also promise not to impose unattainable expectations, give up on students, or weed them out if they have learning difficulties.  Many NPA students tackle multiple advanced courses, but we don’t set the bar so high that only the very fittest make it through to senior year.  We support success for all of our students.

PREP with a PROGRAM:

NPA’s entire curriculum and structure is geared toward preparation for college.  We don’t just have rigorous college prep as a program within a school; the school is the program, and all students in the school are part of it.

PREP with PRIDE:

We help Spartans build character, strive for excellence, and always put forth their best efforts in pursuit of meaningful goals.  Spartans see themselves as responsible to serve society.

PREP with PERFORMANCE:

Our high-quality, award-winning art, band, choir, dance, drama, guitar, photography, sculpture, and strings classes give students the opportunity to be creative and shine.

PREP with PLAY:

With over 40 clubs and teams, Spartans maintain a healthy life balance, experience new things, build lifelong friendships, and have fun!

PREP with a PAYOFF:

Students completing our program are all eligible for college admission, and NPA’s reputation is strong at admissions offices across the country.  The 73 graduates in our Class of 2017 were offered a combined $4.5 million in college scholarships.
