Don’t have a scanner? You may upload a picture of the document taken with a smartphone.
Was your application unsubmitted with a message that one or more documents won’t open? Try re-scanning and re-uploading that document. If it is not already, try saving your document as a PDF or JPEG format before uploading it again. If it is close to the lottery deadline, please also email the document(s) to email@example.com. Please include your application number in your email.
